i think whats funny about this is not that he turns the naughty drawings into cartoons but that he is pretty damn good at drawing pe**ses.
The name of the artist is Maurício Ricardo. He is Brazilian and his site is http://www.charges.com.br.
He makes flash animations that are broadcast on Sundays by the biggest TV channel in Brazil (Globo).
